Not a Hospice. No Hospice Care. Falsified IRS 990 documents. Mis represents self to public. Continues to fund raise. forgeries of documents and checks noted by many. Exec. Director remains in place...with deceptions ongoing. Past Presidents include dignitaries of the city who would be mortified when the facts come out..consequently the facts are having trouble getting out. Eye witness testimony on file with District Attorney. We wait for the IRS to get this handled.
