I have requested, on multiple occasions, for the organization's 990 forms, which, they say they will release upon request. Never have I heard back from this organization. Their organization has a building in my city of Wichita which is the HQ for the for-profit group, Operation Rescue, which engages in partisan political activity. I do suspect the funds of this organization are being used in violation of their 501(c)3 status, hence the reason they are not wanting to release their tax forms to the public.
