I was employed by this organization for almost four years, in a variety of capacities. Trinity has several divisions, each of which serve a different population. I worked in two divisions (Autism and Family Counseling), and worked with several clients in the community living/group homes division. With state funding falling, Trinity has been remarkably creative in coming up with new revenue streams, including their own printing business. Yes, some of the adults in community or independent living homes had to move recently, largely due to state budget cuts. However, in an area with high needs and low resources, I've found that Trinity does a tremendous job of serving as many individuals as possible. Were I to offer a criticism, I would ask that Trinity communicate better with the community what it provides, and the positive impact of the services offered.
