This was my first mission trip ever and the first time I've been out of the United States. All I can say is that this organization blew me away by how well they organized our stay and what we could do to help. They always made sure we had someone with us who could translate for us, made the necessary reservations for lodging and any restaurants that we wanted to go to. The experience of helping to build 10 stoves for families in need was priceless. I also admire them for promoting education beyond the 6th grade for the indigenous people of Guatemala. For loving the people as they are but showing them that with further education they can improve there lives! I cannot say enough good things for the staff of this organization. I look forward to returning and working with them again in the future!
