Udayan Care - is an organisation with a true difference. It doesnot run orphanages but homes for disadvantaged children. There is no doubt that any person can take the place or let alone claim to take the place/ duties/ love of a parent, but in my opinion UC is very near to it.
The amount of love, personal attention, care..... is given to all the children by each and every member of this family is amazing.
I have seen UC grown over so many years to its present level, which has been possible because of the continuous support and confidence given by our society.
It brings joy to my heart seeing all these kids shape up so well, you got to see them to believe it. The amount of confidence that is bestowed in each child is amazing, the kind of skills they are able to show on stage, i am myself get jittery.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Trust - the place is so energised
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
HUMAN! People who are making a difference, not just talking about it.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
take our disadvantaged children towards their rightful future.
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
About every week
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
General Member of the Public & I have not been involved actively in the day to day running of the organisation but have witnessed the struggle and successes throughout since its inception.
