The Canal Corrider Associations purpose is to preserve and protect the I&M Canal and its history. The I&M canal is a great place if you enjoy the outdoors and want to learn the history of the canal. The Lock 16 Boat ride is a fantastic attraction for those who are in the Starved Rock and Lasalle/Peru area! Ecspecially if you have kids, the donkeys who pull the boat is a must see!
