This charity has an annual tour where donors can visit and see for themselves how their donations are being used on the Pine Ridge and Cheyenne River Sioux Indian Reservations. You can't help but be impressed!

This is a wonderful community based charity in the Mount Vernon Lee districts of Fairfax County, Virginia. Last week I brought over some of our older youth from St. Luke's to help unload food donated from the area churches like Good Shepherd Catholic Church and St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Amazing support from the churches and pretty soon the food pantry was full! It was great to work with the UCM staff and to learn how the food is helping those in desperate need in our community. God Bless UCM and the people they serve.

This is a wonderful nonprofit dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes using cutting edge research that bigger groups overlook. I support this charity because I have two brothers with diabetes and I hope one day that they will be cured. Diabetes Action Research and Education Foundation has a low overhead and over 20 years of focusing on alternative research and education in diabetes treatment, prevention and in finding a cure.
