Trinity Services, Inc. states that they desire to provide fulfilling lives to people with disabilities. In my brief time working with employees at this non-profit, I have come to realize that they truly do nothing to support these men and women. For the most part, the agency provides care for people 21 and older. They also have a wide variety of programming options so that the people living with them can have activities to participate in. Although this sounds great, the managers who work for Trinity rarely attend to problems or concerns regarding the people they serve and they definitely do not provide guardians with information regarding their family members of clients. Additionally, when things go wrong, they attempt to cover the problems up or find excuses rather than admitting that they did something wrong. Finally, a number of people who live with the agency were moved to different group homes within the agency without ever being asked to move or asked if they wanted to move (guardians were never spoken to either regarding this matter). Therefore, many people were forced to move homes simply because it was convenient for managers to make these moves. This agency does not promote independence or fulfilling lives and I would not recommend them to anyone.
