Internal Hope is a micro church located in the midst of 4 mega churches, however, the size of the ministry has not stopped the members from reaching out in offering hope. One of the main focuses for the ministry is to teens and young adult men and women through providing two major programs, Earth's Angels and Young Men of Valor. Many young people in the Houston region are personally impacted by some of society’s most challenging social issues – peer pressure, low self-esteem, absent dads, confused or overly-busy moms, emotional or physical abuse, single motherhood, divorce, troubled marriages, out-of-touch churches and lack of vision for their lives. Both programs provide year round mentoring and counseling. Both programs sponsor a yearly weekend conference which includes interactive group sessions, career planning and other relevant topics. Earth's Angels also provides on an average of $12,000 yearly in academic scholarships to selected graduating high school seniors and young adult women. Both programs have had an profound impact on the lives of individuals and families. Internal Hope Fellowship Chuch may be a flickering light among several mega churches in the area, but the body is not afraid to take on challenges that will leave lasting results for years to come in the lives of young men and women.
