I gave this organization a wonderful loving adult male cat that showed up at my house because I had two cats and one of those cats would not allow the newcomer to be in or around the house. I emailed 10 facilities and called three more. All were full to capacity or short foster homes. I was referred to HH by another rescue organization. I did not want to give up the cat, but I was short of time and had no option. I should have followed my first impression of these people. Two days later, a friend of a friend said they would like to foster the cat. I called HH and I offered to adopt the cat back at any cost in order to get into a more homelike environment. I was treated most rudely by George who hung up on me when I attempted to see if there was a way around a policy. I found him to be arrogant and ill-mannered in his explanation of their "board" policy. I have no knowledge of the quality of the facilities, but the people that run it are arrogant, ill-mannered, uncaring and inflexible. To my Brother traveling men, please heed my words.
