I have visited RedemptionTransformation Center (dba Fertile Ground Christian Transformation Center/FGCTC) on 2 occasions and have met the Executive Director, several volunteer board members and several resicents in the residence for Ex-Offenders. Founder/Executive Director Gary Lane and another volunteer are credentialed Assistant Chaplains in 6 Houston Area prisons and work with inmates prior to release. The low recidivism rate (around 5%) of FGCTC particiapnts is outstanding. FGCTC has recruirted a board of knowledgeable people in this field. All that is need for massive impact is more funding for expansion.
