While there is a lot of good that this agency does I am deeply troubled by an ongoing pattern of outright gangsterism & racism that seems to prevail in regard to the behavior of two of the so-called "volunteers" at this agency. My personal experience with non-profits here in Central Florida seems to suggest that these so called "non-profits" use free labor so as to be able to maintain 6 figure salaries for the CEOs and other top officers. Its a very minimal amount of $$$ that actually gets to the actual client population that more often than not serves as the convenient excuse to justify such 6 figure salaries for the CEOs and others. Convenient and cozy relations with food vendors and service providers can also be expected.
