I've only had amazing help and experiences with this organization that is local to me. I had problems with some ferals I'd found, that nobody else could or would help me with but them. Their environment is welcoming, clean, and a warm enough place that not only do I feel good about the cats that are there, the people who go in to see cats are comfortable doing so. I've been to many shelters in my area, but this one far exceeds what I would feel good about a shelter being. I don't worry anywhere near as much about the animals there, nor do I feel the care they get is lacking, like I do in many shelters, or that the animals appear to be in some kind of miserable prison. The workers also seem competent and caring, unlike some of the more questionable ones at other shelters, and I've been here, and to others, on several occasions. I'm kind of disgusted this fabulous place was given such a low score here.
