My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Institute For Eastwest Studies Inc, New York, NY, USA
The EastWest Institute has been a pioneer in the field of confidence building across some of the biggest political divides in the three decades since it was set up. It has worked with leaders from Reagan and Gorbachev, to Putin and Bush. It has worked on building confidence between Pakistan and Afghanistan, and between the independent states of the former Yugoslavia. It enjoys a very high reputation among the senior officials it works with, but is less well known in public because much of its work remains private. EWI enjoys the financial support of some of the most prominent philanthropists and leading global corporations.
