After hearing about this preservation for a long time I was finally able to visit with my 11 year old son last year. We had an amazing time. To be able to see these animals so close was a gift. We learned a lot about the abuse some of the animals went through and while it is heartbreaking to hear, it is good to know they have a good home and will never be hurt again. The most important thing the preservation is teaching is respect for these animals and no matter how cute they may be....they should never be house pets. I encourage everyone to go and visit this preservation.
