Harbor City Services is a unique organization: it helps people recover from illness; it provides valuable services to the business community at competitive prices; and it does both of those activities without any taxpayer funding. For over twenty five years, HCS has been a successful "social enterprise" - decades before "social networks", "social websites", and "social living" had been invented. From the Executive Director (who was the founder of HCS) to the Board President, to every Board Member, to every HCS associate, customer service is first priority followed closely by helping associates live successful lives.
