Since joining Aim High, I can honestly say that i have seen a positive change in my son who is transitioning into the 7th grade this year. He is showing me that he can be responsible and account for the things he has or hasn't done. They have taught him how to love himself and others and to always be respectful. There were many instructors that impacted my son, but one in particular is Mr. Ise from the Bishop O'Dowd campus...my son really looks up to him and really appreciates the time, energy and teaching methods of Mr. Ise..he is very engaging and enlightening.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Extremely positive and reassuring to the kids. They engaged them in learning through their creativity and that played a great part in the children wanting to go to Aim High every day and do their best.
