Kevin Best, Founder of Kevin Cares Foundation, Inc. is an extraordinary young man who battles with Epilepsy, yet he remains positive and give youth and families support to become self sufficient. To see what the foundation is doing go to www.kevincaresfoundation.org. Kevin Cares Foundation, Inc. help three hundred people in 2011 with clothing, resources, and various training opportunities. I give rating of 90%.
