COMMONWEALTH HEALTH CORPORATION INC
September 20, 2009
The Medical Center at Bowling Green and Commonwealth Health Corportion is trying to do good in the community somewhat by offering their patients and the citizens of Bowling Green and Southcentral Kentucky a free health clinic who cannot afford insurance but who have jobs. They also offer free health screening fairs to everyone in the community thoughout different times of the year. Although, I have strongly disagree with their agressive collection tactics and I have been a strong, vocal critic of this hospital and their organization in Bowling Green in the past, I now do see a little of the goodwill that they our trying to offer to our community. I believe my anger and resentment towards them as a non-caring, greedy organization and entity has been let go of to a certain degree and I am now trying to move forward in life as well as trying pay off my debt to this particular medical organization.
The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
By reading, hearing about and seeing the somewhat goodwill that they are doing in the community lately.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would ask them to be more opened minded to those of us who have health insurance and who struggle to make end meets while trying to pay the balances of our medical bills with this hospital. They should try to be more sensitive to the needs of us working class, middle income people, who have insurance but struggle to pay those nagging balances that our health insurance didn't play. The Medical Center and Commonwealth Health Corportion should have a new plan of action to finding us ways to help us pay.
