The Baldwin Center staffs are truly a dedicated group of indiviguals who are determined day in & day out to feed, clothe & empower the homeless who arrive at their door on any given day. Their care & concern is felt by their clients & volunteers alike! I once heard through a very casual conversation of a need for new socks simply so their clients would have a clean pair to put on their feet after they'd showered. How APPRECIATIVE & PLEASED were the clients & stafffs to have recieved SOCKS, yes SOCKS!!! (Little things CAN make a BIG difference! I LOVE SERVING WITH THEIR TEAM AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY!!! : ) THANK YOU, BALDWIN CENTER!!!

MY ROLE:
Volunteer & I initiated a collection of new socks so that the Baldwin Center could fill an immediate, yet unsolicited need. I also help to seve lunches on a routine basis. .
