North Country Conservancy Inc
October 7, 2011
The remaining wild lands and open spaces in the northern part of Phoenix are disappearing or changing forever. Many of the people who live in these areas want to protect the wildlife habitat, the beautiful landscapes, and the pockets of wilderness that remain but getting organized and being heard with government agencies and policy makers was not easy. The North Country Conservancy has now given us that voice. This group is committed to making positive change and its members are dedicated, hardworking and sincere. With this group behind us, I am hopeful that the peoplle of Anthem, New River and Desert Hills can preserve Daisy Mountain and the surrounding desert forever. Thank you NCC.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Seeing the increasing awareness of the effort to save Daisy Mountain and other areas and habitats in northern Phoenix. Getting our conservation voices heard in government.
