Review for The Humane Society of the United States, Washington, DC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

As someone involved in animal welfare advocacy, I am sincerely impressed with the work of HSUS, both in the field and behind the scenes. This is an organization truly fulfilling its mission to protect all animals, from companion animals to wildlife to livestock.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I have observed their incredible professionalism and dedication in their mission to help animals, from shaping welfare legislation to their incredible work to end dog fighting and puppy mills.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Increase the funds they have to fight the lobbies and legislators who protect animal abusers.

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & I have testified alongside HSUS to reform animal cruelty in my state.

Review for Naia Tr for the Protection of Animals Animal Owners & Animal Ent, Portland, OR, USA

Rating: 1 stars

As someone who works in animal welfare advocacy, it is truly upsetting to see the actions of groups like NAIA, protecting animal exploiters under the guise of animal welfare. They are a lobbying group to protect the profits of those who make money from exploiting animals, whether it's animal experimentation, circuses, puppy mills or horse slaughter, NAIA always speaks out for the rights of abusers.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

No positive results. I've certainly seen people duped by them, unfortunately.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Remove it's non-profit status and expose their real agenda.

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & Simply have observed their unscrupulous tactics.

Review for National Animal Interest Alliance, Portland, OR, USA

Rating: 1 stars

Quite simply, this group is far more concerned with protecting the rights of those who make money from animal suffering. Take a look at their positions on puppy mills, for example. They pretend to be about animal welfare to lure in unsuspecting animal lovers. It's disgusting.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

No positive results.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Remove it's non-profit status. It's a lobby group!

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & I have just observed their misinformation campaigns supporting businesses that cause undue suffering to animals.
