My wife and I had adopted from a different rescue back in 2005, and found Hubbards Hounds on the Internet in the summer of 2008, not long after its founding. We filled out an application for two more dogs, and had a great experience dealing with Kim and Sue. Communication and paperwork was so much better than our first experience with the now defunct rescue we originally dealt with.
My wife and I also have supported this organization in other ways, and just started serving as a foster home for rescued dogs. Hubbards is great at organizing transportation and vet visits, and communicating with all of their foster homes on a regular basis.
