ANIMAL LEGAL DEFENSE FUND
November 14, 2012

I am very disappointed at what the ALDF represents. If they were in fact for what's best for animals then they wouldn't be targeting a man in LA because they partnered with Big Cat Rescue to try to take his tiger away. With all the money they've spent on trying to "win the game", which a living breathing loving animal is NOT a game, they could have built an enclosure that they feel is to their liking. And even though the enclosure this tiger is in, is way above requirements, they would rather see him taken from the only family he's ever known & put in a smaller CAGE where he'd never again have the interaction his family gives him now. Knowing that stress is one of the biggest killers to exotic animals, they still drag this out in court, with no regard whatsoever what it would do the this tiger if he was yanked from his home & put in strange surroundings. I give ALDF 2 thumbs down.

UNITED STATES ZOOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION
October 19, 2012

The United States Zoological Association (USZA) is an organization that restored my faith in humanity. They fight for people who are being attacked for the pets they own & offer help to get them up to state guidelines so they can keep their pets. They work from the heart & love animals as much as I do. They won't tolerate any cruelty to animals. And they speak out against all hatred, discrimination & bigotry toward animals. They believe all animals deserve to be loved & protected, no matter what the species is. Please help them help the animals. This is one organization that isn't about making themselves rich. All funds go directly back to helping animals. Whether it's rehoming an animal because of ban laws, or to give them a better home, USZA always steps up to the plate to make it happen. Please visit their website at www.usza.us

This is one of my favorite places to visit. One of the most humbling experiences is to watch the interaction between these animals and the staff. It's clear the love & respect for each other is mutual. The enclosures are the cleanest & most well kept I've ever seen. The animals love to show off for the guests. They're obviously happy & kept well entertained in their daily life. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to visit a top notch animal park to go to GW Animal Foundation. As soon as you enter their facility they're welcoming you like family. I'll be back every chance I get.

How did you learn about this organization?

I learned about this organization when I saw the founder come to the defense of a woman that was being attacked by Animal Rights organizations trying to have her disabled kangaroo taken from her & euthanized. This is the type of man he is. If there's an animal in harms way, he's the first one to step up to protect it. And now this kangaroo is happy, healthy, hopping and living a very spoiled life with his human mom.

Big Cat Rescue, Corp.
September 6, 2011

I am thankful that the internet lets us experience different places worldwide. I have seen many posts both about and from Big Cat Rescue in Florida. More often than not I see not only Carole the owner, Jeff Kremer, and many of their workers constantly criticizing other sanctuaries. I've also seen them directing their followers and fans to attack in a mob like fashion any entity that has any dealings with other sanctuaries or zoos. I find this very unprofessional and juvenile on their part. One could expect this sort of behavior from grade school aged children, but from the business owner and her staff themselves? It's inexcusable. Because of the extreme and constant belittling this corporation does on a daily basis of other honest upstanding facilities I will never donate nor spend one dollar to visit this place. I just feel so sorry for the animals that are stuck there and left in their care. I've seen pictures of some and they seemed to be in very poor shape to say the least. Very bad example of professionalism which means it is non-existant.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

The negativity that is rampently spewed by the owner and staff has left a very bad taste in my mouth for anything having to do with them.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would make them aware of how they're childish banter about others reflects a very poor light upon them. If they would spend just half the amount of time they do attacking their competitors and focus on taking care fo their animals it would be a big improvement to the way they're viewed in the public's eye.

I went to G.W. Exotic's this past June for the first time. The workers were so professional and polite. Joe even took time in his hectic day to sit & visit with us for a while. They make you feel right at home & never tire of answering questions about all the beautiful animals there. I plan on making this a yearly event and that's only because I live too far away. Otherwise I'd defintely be there more often. You've got a wonderful place there Joe. You, your crew and your animals are outstanding. One of the biggest & cleanest places I've seen. Kudos to you all!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Now that I've seen the requirements for the enclosures & learned about shifting the animals so their areas can be kept clean I'll know what to look for at other facilities. I went there expecting to see some animals & enjoy a relaxing day & ended up with a wealth of information & wonderful memories! A definate must see experience.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Nothing that comes to mind.
