I volunteer with this organization and it is wonderful! The kids come from different ethnic and neighborhood backgrounds, and at first, they kind of circle around each other and jockey for position and check each other out. Then, they mount up, and all differences fade away -- they're just kids having fun. The huge smiles on their faces, even those who are scared of the horses at first, are marvelous!
