The Mississippi area has an enormous population that suffers from kidney disease. More than 100 of our friends and neighbors in the Grenada area have kidney disease. More than 75 are on dialysis, and 50 are waiting for a kidney transplant. The reason for supporting the kidney foundation is to help support research, direct aid to kidney patients, and vital kidney disease screening programs. My 11 year old daughter is a survival of the kidney disease. I have 13 years of health care experience I worked as a certified nursing assistant.. I am a single mom. I am 32 July 1 st I will be 33 and it is also the day I received a call stating that they have a donor for my daughter..My whole life changed at that point so I would like to be a advocate.
