Us TOO International, Inc.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1998 at the age of 52 and thought it was the end of the world. Luckily I soon found the Us Too organization with its abundance of information on prostate cancer and treatment options. The impressive thing about the national Us Too organization is that the information it provides is cutting edge. At the local monthly Us Too Chapter meetings (about 400 chapters around the country), there are volunteers and other prostate cancer survivors ready and willing to speak with you about your particular situation. They have a wealth of experience with all aspects of prostate cancer, and can give you the added perspective you need to make an informed treatment decision.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
It's been 13 years and I am very fortunate to not have had a recurrence of prostate cancer. I was so grateful for the information that Us Too provided that helped me make an informed treatment decision, that I became a volunteer in one of the local chapters. I can't recommend highly enough that anyone, whether newly diagnosed or having a recurrence, should put Us Too at the top of their prostate cancer resource list.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I can’t think of any. Just keep up the good work.
Volunteer & I ended up getting a radical prostatectomy because my PSA , Gleason Score and clinical stage were favorable. If you have prostate cancer and don’t know what these terms mean, you need to go to UsToo.org and find out.
