I was able to speak other languages to accommodate non-English speaking students; fortunately, other teachers who are fluent in these languages were available to assist.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
a lack of funds.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Homework Hotline offers help to students who may not have parental or adult support at home. Now these students have a place to turn to.

MY ROLE:
Volunteer & As a high school volunteer, I answered phone calls from students needing help with their homework. Over 90% of the students who called were helped by me or by a veteran teacher. I also helped found the teen volunteer program which allows high school stude.
