RAINBOW RUMPUS

Rainbow Rumpus fills a hole in the lives of children of BGLQT families. It addresses difficult issues tactfully and age-appropriately, and is multicultural and often funny! It also provides an online community for elementary-aged youth, teens, and their parents.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... the children who can SEE themselves and their experiences reflected in the stories.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... the diverse community of people it serves.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... so kind and welcoming.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... make every child of LGBT/Q families feel comforted, relevant, special, and accepted for who they are.
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... I new more children of LGBT/Q parents to show this resource to!
- If I ran this organization, I would... try to bring it to more people!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... budget and expanding their image, so more people know about it!
- One thing I'd also say is that... this is a unique and necessary organization!!
