I have worked with ACPPA in a variety of capacities and have seen the power and change that can come from dynamic community organizations. ACPPA is committed to serving the families and individuals in its community without limits. The staff, families and volunteers are dynamic and passionate. ACPPA truly has the energy and the dedication to improve life and bring new exploration and excitement to our community.
The Great!
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... the deep sense of community that comes from spending time with the staff and members of this organization. I am impressed with the diversity of experiences that are offered and have loved being a part of making creative expression more accessible.
Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... access to sustained funding. ACPPA is committed to offering affordable and accessible creative opportunities, but given current funding cuts has struggled to consistently have the sustained finances necessary to provide all that it hopes to.
MY ROLE: I was a Volunteer & Volunteered with various events and served on interim steering committee.
