My New Red Shoes is an excellent organization, focused on meeting the needs of children who struggle every day in the Bay Area. They fulfill their mission with keen expertise and great passion, working hard to engage our community in service and understanding of the needs of the least among us.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... A recent back to school party where 50 impoverished kids received new clothes and shoes for school.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... The highly organized and dedicated staff.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... Passionate, articulate and committed.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... Expand to provide similar services to homeless children across the nation.
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... We were able to raise additional funding to adopt even more children.
- If I ran this organization, I would... Not change a thing.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... Ongoing funding changes in the Valley.
- One thing I'd also say is that... This is a strong, committed organization dedicated to improving the lives of children who are homeless and at risk of homelessness.
