I recently made a donation to Tree Trust to plant a tree in honor of the birth of my niece. I participated in the planting of this tree and 164 others that were planted that day with the help of volunteers. It was great to see my donation in action and to know that I was making a difference in my own community!
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... obvious ways--the trees they planted made a huge difference.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... getting directly involved and seeing how my donation directly impacts the work they do locally.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... friendly, welcoming and helpful.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... make an even bigger difference!
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... the weather had cooperated on the planting day -- no fault to Tree Trust.

The Minnesota Environmental Fund has educated countless people on the importance of protecting and preserving our local environment, generating valuable donations to nonprofits.

- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... responsive, knowledgable and passionate.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... create even more of an impact in Minnesota's environmental nonprofits and the local community.
Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... funding.
