Young Tigers Foundation is a highly effective, cost efficient intervention and mentoring development program that works with low income individuals to help them overcome attitudes, bulling, negative behavior, aggression, substance abuse and breaking the cycle of emotional distress. Young Tigers
Foundation guides and helps focus on realistic and attainable goals customizing one-on-one training based on individual needs. It is a unique comprehensive prevention program that reduces risk factors that have been directly linked to adolescent alcohol and drug abuse, school failure, delinquency and violence. The REFORM (Re-Direct, Educate, Formulate, Overcome, and Regenerate, Minds) curriculum focuses on youth because of their primary exposure to high-risk behaviors which occur during the middle school years. The intent of this program is to instill self-confidence, teach conflict resolution techniques, interpersonal skills, and emphasize the importance of education to thwart drug use and gang affiliation.
