My practice with The Yoga Seed started at the beginning of the year. Initially, I was inspired to go solely on the fact that it was donation based. Almost 10 months later, I continue to practice there because of the love and positive vibes this place exudes. Every donation I make not only pays for my yoga practice, but also HELPS another. Never have I been part of something so amazing. It’s not just about yoga at this studio. The Seed is about community, purpose, personal growth, helping others, and LOVE. I will be a practitioner of The Yoga Seed for LIFE.

The Yoga Seed Collective is a non-profit studio offering donation based classes & workshops to all who attend. They serve anywhere from 1,200-1,800 people in their studio every month, but they aren't just a normal yoga studio - or a non profit. They take their show on the road and bring yoga to Veterans with PTSD, schools, the boys and girls club, homeless shelters, women's shelters, recovery centers and many more places. They are truly committed to healing the community through yoga and meditation. In a time where our city and nation are buckling under mental health difficulties and the problem of not providing continuing physical, emotional, and mental care for all people outside of a doctor's office, this non-profit takes charge. This isn't just a charity, it is a community center, and people love to be there. It is an honor to practice here and to know this community.
