This organization is not operating to benefit the majority of its members. Its board voted to allow less than 20% of its members to vote to change the primary method of fund raising, which primarily benefits these minority members. Now no members pay dues, which is in violation of IRS non-profits rules.

restructure its bylaws, remove its board, and reinstate new board members.
