I have seen several productions put forth by Wild Rose Theatre Company and the quality of the shows was excellent! The talent, dedication and professionism of the cast and support crew was obvious! They truly are community theater at its best.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

leaving the theater feeling totally entertained and with a full appreciation of the theatrical arts! I can't afford going to shows on Broadway --community theater has always been my preference since I feel more intimate with the performers.

I have seen two productions of the Wild Rose Theatre: Fiddler and Around the World. Both were super extrordinary wonderful productions. They were as good as any Broadway production. The direction, production and the perfect casting were superb. I hope there were will be amy more and my wife and I will make sure we attend evry one of th Wild Rose Theatre Company.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The perfect casting and directions of there plays are outstanding.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

It could easily open up on Brodway and employ many great performers. there productions are first class. The best of non profit production in the country.

Ways to make it better...

There is nothing I could add to make them better than they already are.

Wonderful! They did Fiddler On The Roof and I was amazed. I went back to see it 4 times taking family and friends each time. The voices of the actors were so amazing. There was a scene where the daughter leaves her father at the station to go to her husband in Siberia and my young neice just cried her eyes out. It really was very moving and real. They should do more because they're a great night out.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

finding out that local theater groups are just as good as professional Broadway stars

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Pleasant and full of personality.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Light up the stars.

Ways to make it better...

my chair was more comfortable

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Raising money like everyone else.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I loved the reactions my friends and family had. It was all good.

I had the pleasure of participating in both of their productions as a principal performer. In both instances, I had the opportunities to work with talented people who shared a love and interest in theater. The thrill of being involved in a production of as high a level of excellence as Fiddler on the Roof is imeasurable. The audience responses to both performances were very positive, with audience members ranging from the very young to the very old. Watching the audiences smiles and hearing their laughter and tears was very special for me.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The high level of professionalism of my peers as well as the joy I derive from sharing my passion for theater with others who share the same love of theater. I also charish all of the friendships I made in the process along the way.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

fun, focused, dedicated, organized, and talented.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

provide higher quality theater performances with professional level sets, props, musicians, lighting, a larger venue, larger advertsing budget, costumes. this would ensure that there would be a local theater company in Riverdale for years to come.

Ways to make it better...

we were not on such a tight budget.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

financial

One thing I'd also say is that...

it would be such a positive thing for the community to have a local theater company where people can regularly attend affordable, high quality theater productions.

The quality of a good show experience stays with both an audience and those people lucky enough to be involved in the production for a very long time. It has been my great pleasure to be involved with all Wild Rose productions onstage or off and count the cast and crew as some of the best friendships I've made. You can see the enthusiasm on stage - talent without the "tude" that has harmed so many theater groups in the past. I have high hopes that the future will be filled with providing more quality shows to entertain the community, benefit performances to encourage volunteerism, and workshops to encourage the craft. I'm hoping this campaign will allow us the voice to do the same.

I am a fan of WIld Rose for many reasons. But the first and foremost is the quality of their work. I saw a product they mounted of "Fiddler on the Roof" and thought it among the best I've seen. I'm amazed that they were able to bring it to life so effectively in a relatively small space. I look forward to seeing many more productions in the years to come. Keep up the great work!

I have worked with Wild Rose since its inception in 2008 and have enjoyed every aspect of it. The knowledge, skill, and love for theatre and the lives that are touched by it is what makes Wild Rose stand apart. I don't see a lot of the "diva" mentality that can sometimes come with community shows when the regulars step in. It is a wonderful family atmosphere, and I consider the people I've met through Wild Rose to be my closest friends. As Secretary to the Board for Wild Rose, I beieve we have had a wonderful and truly skilled creative staff, and have had great musical and show directors that bring out more in each person than they thought they had. Wild Rose is truly a wonderul non-profit and a huge asset to our community.
