Promoting literacy by reading to kindergardeners- abosulutely loved reading to those little ones and can't wait to do it again. I may even start volunteering to read regularly! I think I got more from it than the kids did.

- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... professional, dedicated and committed to improving literacy and mentoring...encouraging and passionate about what they do
Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... lack of volunteers. It's taken me 2 years before i actually did it and now I'm hooked
I was a Client Served & I organized the Read. Love. Learn parent training session.

Our school hosted a Read. Love. Learn training session for parents. Parents received materials that they could use at home to help their children with reading.

- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... All of the materials were provided free of charge.
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... More parents had taken advantage of the opportunity.
I am a volunteer with the Teen CERT program. I help now, but want to be trained as a trainer.

- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... the way they help teens to make a difference.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... always nice and helpful.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... make Florida a safer place for everyone.
Ways to make it better!
- If I had to make changes to this organization, I would… make three Jamies, so we could help even more teens to learn Teen CERT skills.
As a parent my daughter has really advanced herself thru the Teen Trendsetter program. Shes gone out of her way to not only help, but in doing so expanding her own skills and knowledge. Shes become a better, student, friend, leader, and shes always been a great daughter but now shes just amazing. I think Volunteer USA Foundation is an amazing organization and I hope that you expand yourselves. You have done so much for me and my family, now my wife volunteers and I try to volunteer but its my wife and two daughters that do it now. Thank you so much for everything you did for us.

- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... what they are done for my daughter to help make her better thru volunteering
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... very dedicated and very nice, its been an incredible experience
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... do so much more start programs all over the US and more programs in the schools to help students

- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... they want to do more but are limited by money they need more money
