No doctor ever visited my mother during the entire time my mother was under VNAIC's care. The nurses were very nice. The social worker and grief counselors were inadequate, at best. In fact, I found them to be unhelpful and in fact, they actually added to the anguish I was experiencing during the time my mother was dying and since she died. They made me feel that I was not doing enough when I was devoting my entire life and finances to my mother's care. The lead grief counselor clearly did not have proper training and was not very skillful. I have continued to hear unflattering things about the grief counseling VNAIC provides. In clear conscience, I could not recommend this organization to anyone.
