Visible School is a unique college that is based upon relationship and a decisively community based academic and spiritual environment. Young musicians who plan to use their talents for ministry or in mainstream music find an artistic community that supports their academic achievement through mentoring, their professional development in one of the great music cities of the world, and a truly accepting Christian community for long term life success in their field.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I have seen this organization grow from an idea to a thriving campus of over 100 students and 30 staff from all around the world working together on creative, innovative, and deeply meaningful musical expression.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Endow scholarships so those most needing the spiritual and academic support within Memphis and international students could enjoy the benefits of this great small college.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
being challenged to change for the better personally when interacting with the staff and students.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Diversely gifted and deeply passionate about the mission of training and equipping young musicians, music producers, and music business professionals.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Resource 12 colleges around the world in locations that desperately need the balance of academic, professional, and spiritual training for young Christian musicians and worship leaders to change the world they live in.
Ways to make it better...
I could help share their fantastic music with the world through helping them fund records and concerts.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Underfunded programs which require a large debt load for the students as they are going into ministry or music jobs with a debt load they can expect to pay back for many years.
One thing I'd also say is that...
The plan is in place, the heart and system is thriving, the only holdup is the access to adequate funds to activate the talent waiting for the world in this place.
