Programs: Programs and Services to assist homeless and at risk homeless to increase their status in society. The transitional housing programs operated under the Veterans Assistance Foundation provide veterans with health care assessments, referrals for psychological assessments, state and federal benefits counseling, vocational assessments, job service referrals and placement, case management, sobriety maintenance through AA, NA, and individual and group counseling, referrals for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, housing assistance, and educational groups such as anger management, living skills, time management and family issues. The VAF has 3 programs with 76 beds in operation throughout Wisconsin.
