I'm not sure how I first discovered VetTix but from the beginning it's been great! Very heartwarmning to see tickets for events donated to Veterans. My hubby & I attended & enjoyed a Kenny Chesney Concert because of VetTix.
VetTix also posts Military / Veteran Wishes that have been fulfilled; it's disappointing to read those that weren't and I hope this will be a rare occurance in the future.

I can't say enough about the Veteran Tickets Foundation!! I have been to the drag races in Tucson, 2 NASCAR races in Phoenix, a Padres baseball game, and my latest tickets were to a Charlie Daniels concert in Shreveport, LA. I actually got to meet Charlie Daniels!
Very well organized, great communication, just a very positive experience for me everytime!!!!! Thank you VETTIX!!!!!!!!!!!
I have gone out of my way to inform fellow veterans about VetTix, just an incredible organization.

What, if any, change in your life has this group encouraged?
As a Vietnam Vet, I was protested against and spit at. This group has shown me that there is support for our troops out there.
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

My husband served 15 years in the Military and is a Veteran of O.I.F. We have been able to go to some awesome events because of VetTix's. Our kids have been able to enjoy concerts and shows that we would have probably never been able to take them too because of VetTix. Many organizations don't offer discounts and free events to our Veterans, only active duty and VetTix always supports all who have served. Great way to show our Military and Veterans that their community supports them and their families.

We have attended Fear Farm, Renaissance Fair, Coyotes game and Beyonce concert. I have seen how families attend these events after deployments and it creates fun new family experience and allows the families to reconnect. I have seen Vietnam Vets finally get their long deserved "Thanks", which is amazing. Great program.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Getting the word out to all professional teams and musicians that VetTix is national and will help fill seats anywhere in the United States to any event. So more Military and Veterans across the United States can have an opportunity to attend an event like my family has.
My husband suffered from severe PTSD and took his own life 11 days after returning from his first tour in Iraq. I was extremely disappointed to find out that this organization does not recognize him as a veteran because he did not die 'under enemy fire'. Thus, being a veteran's widow, I cannot benefit in any way from "Vet Tix". If only more people would recognize that veterans die in many ways other than enemy fire, and it does not make them any less of a veteran who gave their life for our country.

Recognize veterans that did not die under enemy fire.
Vet Tix is absolutely awesome. They do what they say they will do and more. Everyone's expectations were substantially exceeded. Congratulations, Vet Tix! Keep up the good work. You're contribution to the Salute to Service event at ASU on September 1st was nothing short of extraordinary. I look forward to working with you next year. Thanks.

I've donated to VetTix a couple times and the experience has been outstanding each time. I received personal attention from their staff--who even remembered me from year to year. They are prompt, flexible, and very professional, even when there is a time crunch. I usually receive a follow-up phone call to my donation offer within 2 hours, and arrangements are set soon thereafter. I receive my donation receipt within an hour of confirming the donation. VetTix has allowed me to make someone else's day when I'm not able to attend events for which I'd bought tickets. I've recommended them many times to colleagues and fellow sporting fans. This is a wonderful service for our military and their families.

Receiving direct feedback and "thank yous" from the individuals who were able to use the tickets; not only did they enjoy the games, but I was able to make sure that my seats did not go empty for important events.

What specific problem, purpose, priority, or project prompted your gift?
I had some football tickets that I was not able to sell due to several factors (distance, price, short lead time) and VetTix was the perfect opportunity to have someone use the tickets.
What would you tell others about this organization?
Great organization with a great mission; fast, personal, and easy service; very low (as in zero) hassle, and it gives a feeling of great satisfaction to say "thank you" to our military in this way.
VetTix is quite simply a great organization dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of our nation's Veterans. Without VetTix, many Veterans would never be able to fulfill their dreams of seeing their favorite sports team or media event in person. That is true for me and for many other Veterans.

I am a veteran and my husband is still active after 25 years. We were recipients of tickets to a New Orleans Saints football game. I felt like we wont the lottery. The generous donor gave us her seats 20 rows from the field. We had club access to the Bunker Lounge and it was like being treated as royalty. When we got there, a security guard actually moved us up a few rows! We were utterly spoiled. We have 6 children and dont get the opportunity to get out much. Because of Vet Tix facilitating this and the true generosity of the donor, we were able to make a memory that will not soon be forgotten.

How did you learn about this organization?
I can't say enough about the Veteran Tickets Foundation (VetTix), these guys work relentlessly around the clock to make sure that active duty military and veterans' families can attend events that are normally out of reach due to financial costs. Their system is fair for distribution of tickets and they verify each individual to make sure that they are indeed who they say they are and are currently serving or have served. VetTix allowed me and many others to attend events that were out of reach and for that I am extremely thankful!

The Veterans Ticket Foundation (VetTix) is awesome! I have been able to attend 3 events over the course of a year and a half. The events are totally outstanding, the staff are super nice, and the service they provide to the nation's veterans is absolutely top-notch!
