The people who lead this organization lack proper communication skills. They never answer their emails, no one ever picks up the phone and when you do get to speak to someone, they dont have an ounce of passion about dance. Most of them are over 80 years old and all they care about is their own personal agenda for dance. That's why when you go to USA Dance Chapter parties, all you see are a parties for senior people. When I attended a board meeting asking to lead a youth outreach program to attract high school and college students, the board looked like they were about to have a heart attack and die. These guys are just not open to advancing the organization.
