Ex-Doner. Do you know how much time Miami-Dade County Employees have to fund raise on tax payer dollors to donate to United Way and this doesn't even cover Harve Mogul President, CEO $411,319 salary? The begining and ending of every United Way included "... during these tough economic times...." but Harve's salary has more than doubled in the past few years. I am sure the salary doesn't include all the free food included at the charity events that he makes an appearance.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Cap the limit on CEO salary. Charity should be what it was intened for - people that need help and NOT people who do it for recognition and themselves. SHAME!!!
