UNITED STATES WAR VETERANS PTSD FOUNDATION

Working with this organization has been the most difficult but rewarding thing I have ever done. It's difficult to see all these veterans suffering after serving our country in combat. It's rewarding to help them through recovery and watch them finally adjust to civilian life after witnessing the horrors of war.

Working this past year as a fundraiser for US War Veterans PTSD Foundation I have found them to be a professional, pioneering and compassionate.
They are involved in PTSD treatments and healing via Brain State Technology that transforms the lives of veterans and their families.

I am an alumni of Brain States Technologies treatment and credit them with my personal healing from PTSD. When I met Duane and David of US War Veterans PTSD Foundation, I felt the enormous potential for healing and service in their work. It is a privilege to work together.

Provides a much needed resource for the veterans returning from the war.
With war time veterans suffering from PTSD the suicide rate is running at an all time high. The VA, even with best of intentions, are unable to handle the number of veterans requiring immediate attention that their mental condition requires. The US War Veterans PTSD Foundation offers an alternative to the convention methods of therapies offered by the VA which for the most part have proven to be ineffective.
This new therapy needs to adopted in all miltary medical centers and VA hospitals. Our veterans deserve this proven method of therapy offered freely by this foundation.

I received help from these people last year. I got therapy and group sessions at no cost to me. They really care about veterans. I am coping better now but still not out of the woods.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The ease of gaining their support. They didn't allow me to feel ashamed for asking for their help.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
I only met the Director.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Actually do something to help combat personnel suffering with PTSD.
Ways to make it better...
the VA would offer me the kind of help I received with this organization.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Thousands of vets with my problems and money to treat them all.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I am proud to have met these poeple and God help them with what they try to do.
