Reviews for Transgender Law Center

Rating: 5 stars

I joined the Transgender Law Center after learning about the many policy and legal successes they've had over the years. Providing legal services to more than 1000 people a year, organizing an annual Transgender Leadership Summit, and helping pass some of the best transgender protections in the county... big work for a smaller organization!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the clients it has impacted and the laws it has helped pass.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

focus on improving its fundraising and communications functions.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the great staff and volunteers.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

friendly and committed to transgender equality.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

be a national organization helping to create and enforce laws to protect all transgender and gender-nonconforming people.

Ways to make it better...

TLC was larger, with more staff.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

lack of awareness of transgender issues, and the need to grow.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I appreciate everyone's support of the organization.
