I've been with TigeraCat Rescues since its beginning. I am consistently amazed at how well it has performed with the dedicated work of volunteers and supporters. TigeraCat has continued to gain local support as more people learn first-hand the dedication of its volunteer staff and the high-quality of care it gives to the animals it serves.
TigeraCat Rescues has continued to gain community support, expand services, avoid euthanazia, and help more animals without incurring huge amounts of debt. I believe this shows its volunteer staff's dedication to making frugal but responsible financial decisions with its donors money.
TigeraCat's donors don't want their money spent on salaries or going into someone elses pocket. They expect the funds to help save cats & kittens. And since TigeraCat has no paid staff, funds go directly towards providing proper care of the animals!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I've adopted several cats over the years through TigeraCat Rescues. And I've rescued even more! I've seen 100s go from a death sentence, illness, abuse, neglect, or injury to loving, adopted, happy homes! I've seen hundreds of happy families made complete with the addition of a rescued animal. I've seen so much good, it's impossible to list it all here.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
build it's volunteer base and establish a central facility where the volunteer staff could more efficiently provide services to the community. And where the community could more easily view & adopt these beautiful cats & kittens.
