The Resolution project is an amazing organization that creates a platform for young leaders to take charge and lead. It's an organization the believes in the power of grassroots movements and leadership. It's has been a pleasure being a part of this organization. I definitely recommend other young leaders to consider participating in The Resolution Project annual pitch competitions. Thank you.
The fellowship changed my perspective of social entrepreneurship and helped me become a better and more organized changemaker. When we think of fellowships such as the Resolution Fellowship, we usually think of financial support, but resolution really makes an investment into the person and the way in which we can be more socially responsible in all phases of our lives.
The Resolution Project provides its fellows with amazing opportunities, support, and mentorship.
Resolution helped me as a freshman in college to realize what was my calling in life. They trusted in me when I was young and inexperienced, they helped me to channel my passion for social change and mentor me in a crucial stage of my career through the Resolution Fellowship. Thank to their support I discovered that I can always "be the change"!
Resolution Project is a community of a kind! It believes and invests in young people of courage who dare to do something to address challenges in communities across the world. Through its social venture challenges, the Resolution Project identifies young people of courage, and gives them support with guidance and mentorship. I know amazing young people in the fellowship program who have helped communities defeat cholera by providing access to clean water, taught others skills to improve their income, and more. This organisation not only gives young people an opportunity to serve but also prepares them for bolder challenges ahead in their careers and leadership journeys.
I have yet to work with another organization so committed to the goals that it sets for itself. The Resolution Project's "fellows first" model speaks volumes. Investing time and resources into early stage entrepreneurs and ideas is a feat that very few other organizations have attempted to undertake, and even fewer have executed with as much heart and energy as the Resolution Project has. The entire team is focused on a culture of positive collaboration and giving that inspires the young entrepreneurs that they help to continue pursuing the high goals that they set for themselves.
The Resolution Project is one of the best champions for young, socially-minded individuals. They encourage, provide support and even fund the seemingly crazy, idealistic ideas of today's youth. However, with their backing, those ideas are no longer crazy or idealistic, because they are actually happening and creating positive change. That is what happened with my venture. I was a college student when I came up with an idea that I hoped would change the world. Everyone I knew applauded the concept, but no one put forth any resources that would turn that small dream into a reality. No one, until Resolution. I received $4,000 in start-up funding from Resolution, two fabulous mentors (who I speak with at least monthly) and a network of like-minded peers who continue to inspire me everyday. Every chance I get, I encourage other young, budding social entrepreneurs to apply to be a part of The Resolution Project. The idea is simple, but the results are extraordinary.
Resolution is dedicated to the empowerment of young people and I can personally say that it has had the biggest impact on my life. Not only do they offer angel investment, but it has given me a network of individuals who believe in my ideas and in me as a fellow. They have opened up a plethora of doors and offered guidance and a network of fellows that are simply priceless! I am thankful to be a part of The Resolution Project and to know that there is such an incredible organization dedicated to the investment of youth for positive social change.
I could speak volumes of praise about the Resolution Project. However, in my experience what truly sets this organization apart is three things: How much they care, the thoroughness with they measure impact and evaluate, and finally the resources they are able to provide their fellows. This is truly an organization to creating long-term social change and they have found a powerful and sustainable way to do so by investing young socially responsible leaders and ensuring they have the opportunity to tackle global challenges and solve the worlds biggest problems.
Resolution is an organization that puts Fellows first. I have seen this in the support of my venture Bee the Change, as well as in all other Fellows. Seed funding for a social venture is only the beginning for this non-profit. Resolution is there to provide a network of connections, mentorship and solution-oriented support, which puts them at the forefront of youth empowerment. I am honored to be a Fellow with The Resolution Project and know them to be worth every star.
