The Marilyn Magaram Center for Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics invited me to speak to a diverse audience on the topic of hunger around the world, and the events and activities that are taking place as we speak to help eliminate hunger worldwide. The Magaram Center provided a forum to create awareness of a primary challenge facing all of us. I commend the center for educating the student body as well as the general public on this most critical issue in our society.
