Results: Through 2009 we have preserved in perpetuity over 700 acres in our efforts to maintain wildlife habitat, preserve farmland and natural resources of Dauphin County. We also promote the use of native plantings through nine annual native plant sales, and conducted numerous free educational programs.

Direct beneficiaries per year: those residing in southern Dauphin County. Preserving farmland, wildlife habitat and open space benefits our local ecosystem, enhances quality of life, and provides educational and recreational opportunities.

Programs: The Swatara Greenway, The Kittatinny Ridge, Farmland protection, Native Plant initiatives, general land protection and free and informative environmental education programs.
