In a world that can be harsh The Gay Christian Network has been a refuge for friendship, support and resources to help educate those that love God and are themselves Homosexual.
Its with great honor that I share with you my thoughts about this organization, and IF there should be any questions or concerns, please, contact me ANYTIME.
Thank you,

The Great!
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... THE LOVE AND GENUINE CARE THIS ORGANIZATION HAS FOR THEIR MEMBERS AND THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY THEY SUPPORT.
Ways to make it better!
- If I ran this organization, I would... GIVE THEM A BIGGER BUDGET SO THEY COULD TOUCH MORE LIVES.
I was a Donor & I donate every month, and post events that are relevent to the mission

I attended the conference this year in Nashville and it exceded my expectations. The desire to serve God was awesome. There were people being touched crying, worshiping. It was a great experience. It gave me hope to know that there are other people with the same struggles I have. There was great music and workshops to attend. I have met great people that I hope to have long relationships for the rest of my life.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... my life, faith, and friends.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... meeting great people.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... very helpful, warm, and honest.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... do awesome things feed the hungry house those that have been thrown out of their homes and place more information about the organization
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... I would have been introduced to the organization earlier in my life.
- If I ran this organization, I would... Let everyone know about it.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... the misconceptions of organizations that affirm GLBT people.
- One thing I'd also say is that... I would recommend to anyone
I was a General Member of the Public & Join the nonprofit organization to learn more about gay christians

I really have to say this one thing. Gay Christian Network is one of the greatest places that I have been to. It is a place that is welcoming to LGBT people and straight allies both either encouraging celibacy or affirming long-term committed relationships while still a safe place to come as a community, worship and grow in the Christian faith. It is a place where I can truly be honest about myself as a bisexual christian.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... Chats, radio programs, messages, and testimonies of gay Christians. It is a beautiful thing when people are being authentic and not necessarily putting on something that makes them "Christian." Yet they are staying true to the gospel.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... The radio shows. They are fun, family-friendly, uplifting, and keep a strong Christian message
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... Nate K. and Aaron. who work with the technology at GCN
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... Cure world hunger by using the messages as a mission
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... I knew more people and there were ways to put a youtube vid on w/o some limits.
- If I ran this organization, I would... see above.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... The Anti-gay rhetoric of some conservative christians out there and the Anti-Christian rhetoric of some gays outside the church.
- One thing I'd also say is that... Although things may not be perfect, no nonprofit organization is. No organization is in general. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It is hard work and I am so inspired by the executive director's, Justin Lee's, testimony.
I was a General Member of the Public & Became a member and have attended all conferences, written on their forums and received encouragement.

The Gay Christian Network helped me during a very difficult few years as I struggled with my sexuality and my faith. If it hadn't been for them I don't know how I would have got through. When I came out, I lost most of my friends and all my family were thousands of miles away in another country. Through GCN I developed a new set of friends who encouraged me, emailed me, talked to me on the phone and basically befriended a very lonely and confused man. Many of those friends I have since met at the annual conference and this has afforded me the chance to get to know them more and to give something back into their lives. GCN has constantly sort to develop and enhance their involvement with GLBT people of faith and to be an advocate for change in our society. Justin, the guy who started it all, did a brave and courageous thing, and as a result thousands of men and women have been helped in their relationship with others, themselves and with God. It importance of The Gay Christian Network cannot be under estimated.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... ... my life personally and I've seen it in so many other people's lives. Young teens and older men and women...we've all been encouraged to keep going on when often we felt like giving up. We've been loved and found new friends. We've had great teaching.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... ... the annual conference plus the care given to newcomers when they join.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... ... very dedicated and hard workers. They have worked for hours on projects for which they personally got very little return, except knowing they were making a huge difference in the lives of many, many people.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... ... be a support to many more people, especially youth, who are sometimes in life and death situations as they seek to integrate their sexuality & their faith. More Money would allow for more staff, which would allow for a much deeper and wider work.

- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... ... being able to keep the members feeling cared for when the membership now numbers over 10,000. Also, the financial support they receive could very much do with increasing.
I was a Client Served & I have been greatly served by this orginization.

GCN is the most amazing orginization. It truly cultivates a non-judging and Christ centered atmosphere where GLBT or questioning people who wish to live Christian lives can find fellowship with each other. They provide excellent programs such as "Through Our Eyes" dvd program or weekly GCN radio podcasts. They are focused on helping achieve spiritual growth. I felt very alone after my chruch rejected me 15 years ago and I thank God every day for leading me to GCN. I have re-dedicated my life to God and am focusing on his plans for me and how I can use my life to serve him every day.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... my own personal life. They show God's love to everyone.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... that regardless of your view point on homosexuality and faith, your denomination, etc . . .they don't take sides. They focus on being Christ like and showing God's love.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... All the volunteers and staff members I have communicated and delt with have been very proffessional and loving and caring and supported GCN's mission.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... Do amazing things to build bridges and get down on a more local level to help local churches and gay christians interact and understand each other better.
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... I had found GCN sooner!
- If I ran this organization, I would... Try to raise money and do a program similar to "Bridging The Gap" to help bridge the gap and start the dialouge between local churches and how they view, treat and interact with gay people in their churches and communities.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... Funding to grow and have more resources to reach the people who desperatly need their help and love.
- One thing I'd also say is that... Justin is an awesome inspiration and I thank God for him and GCN every day.
